WHEN IS THE NEXT RESTOCK
My shop updates happen around every 8-12+ weeks as I sporadically finish my pieces... My work is released in small batches of 20-30 pieces, because pottery is only my hobby. I work a full time career so anything released is what I've done in my spare time...Typically very very early in the mornings.
On average, there is a restock 4-5 times a year and new collection pieces in my shop sell out within the first 3-5 minutes. (You guys are amazing & thank you!)
In order to keep everything fair, since I cannot create enough high demand pieces to stay in stock, I do not do custom work (or commissions), no holds or reserves, and i do not allow buyers to pay upfront before a restock. If you have your eyes on something special, please follow me on Instagram @spinning.glory my bio will show what season the next estimated restock is planned for.
I know it can be frustrating to try to get a piece, while feeling rushed doing so. Therefore, I have previews available a day or two prior, announced through Instagram stories and posts. I show all the pieces that will be available here on my website with the details, sizes, descriptions, specs, and photos. The cart will be disabled until the shop opens (you'll see an orange banner at the top of the screen with the date and time a few days/hours before!). I've been on the other side of this too! You can create an account to save your billing address, however for security purposes Shopify cannot save your card information. Here is a tip, If you have any of the payments listed below already set up (Paypal is great!) it will be A LOT smoother for you on restock day!

Just because it’s in your cart DOES NOT mean it’s reserved for you— you have to receive a confirmation email after it processes!
PRICING
Mug prices can range from $30-$170+ I know that’s a pretty big jump but...Pricing is determined by many factors:
-Materials/Equipment used: potters wheel, kilns, clay, glazes, etc— these tools are VERY expensive investments and take time to learn how to use and work
-The amount of time/hours invested per each piece: Was it hand painted? How much detail does it have? Is it carved?
-Utilities and energy required: All of our pieces are fired 2 times, if they have decals, gold, or Mother of Pearl over glaze they need to be fired a total of 3-4 times each
-Extra add-ons: 22k gold, crystals, shells, decals or other hand painted designs/decorations etc...
-Goodie Bags!!!: All pieces come with Bible scriptures, surprise gifts, and hand written notes.
-Most of my work has a base price, then a few dollars are added or taken away for special qualities. That's why you see such specific dollar amounts.
SHIPPING ...HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?
Please know: This is my hobby so when you purchase a piece it could take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to package & ship (possibly sooner). I am a one woman show here, from start to finish... Each piece created, is one of a kind, unique in it’s very own way, and packed up with love to get to you...
I know handmade pottery is a big investment and a luxury, so please understand you aren't just buying a mug, you're purchasing a usable work of art that took 6-8+ hours to turn from a chunk of clay to a marvelous creation! All orders must be paid for in full through the Shopify listing, and I do not do custom or commissioned work.
In the shipping area when you pay, it will show you the processing time... I try to get all completed orders shipped within 5-10 business days. Again, its just me doing everything here!
MY FAITH
I am a Christian & all packages will come with bible verses & special little gifts! It is something to consider if you’d like to purchase any items from my shop.
My goal is for my pottery to reach every country in the world, through my faith and love, even though I may never set foot in most countries that my pottery travels to.
I do not have any intentions of offending anyone, but I also feel a strong sense of conviction NOT to change who I am, or what I am divinely inspired to put in my packages for my buyers, or my mission statement— as I find a lot of inspiration, peace, and love through my faith and making pottery. I truly hope every person I come across in my daily life, or through my shop feel some of that positivity too! ❤️
SHIPPING
Price of shipping can range from $9-$70 depending on how far your piece is being shipped to (international rates +), also how many pieces you've ordered (bc it goes by weight and box size).
Shopify is amazing and should be able to calculate this for you. I do try to combine shipping & refund any overages when possible, if this is something you would like for me to try & do, PLEASE indicate in the notes when you order, that you purchased/are purchasing multiple pieces separately. Each item is uniquely shaped, & the boxes have to be bigger to accommodate multiple items which mean the price for shipping will be more $$$. I am more concerned with you receiving your luxurious pieces safely, refunds of $5 or more will be refunded! All packages are insured because the safety of your piece is the number 1 goal!!
LOCAL PICK UP
Unfortunately, picking up is not option at this given time because of Covid-19 safety guidelines❤️
CUSTOM, PRE-ORDERS, WHOLESALE & PERSONALIZED ORDERS
I do not take any custom, wholesale, comissioned, pre-order, or special orders. Thank you for loving my work however custom work takes much more effort to start a new design, more creativity and a heck of a lot more time and at the moment I cannot commit to it.
As an artist I strive for each person who gets one of my pieces to LOVEEEE it and when I make customs it’s a lot more challenging to get the idea in your head, exactly on my piece.
With all due respect please don’t ask 😫 because then I will feel bad for saying no and I don’t want to be put in that position.
