Shipping Policies


Cancellations cannot be processed once the item has shipped. To ensure I can successfully process a cancellation, please contact me and request the cancellation within 6 hours of your purchase.

Store Credit:

 Every ceramic piece that I make is one of a kind, there aren’t any two pieces that are identical and that’s one of many things that make every piece so special. Rest assured that your piece is made and shipped with love, time, and care. I do my best to display pictures that capture every ceramic pieces unique qualities. I make those pictures available before every restock so everyone can see each ceramic pieces distinct qualities. Because every piece is different, please understand that I do not offer item exchanges or refunds on a basis of how it looks.

 I do not keep stock of extra pieces, so an exchange of a piece is not possible. Every piece is one of a kind, nothing you receive will look the same.

I check every piece for defects before pictures are taken, and before they are shipped. If on the rare occasion that your piece is defective or broken upon arrival; please email me photos and lets talk!! there may be an option for a store credit after the piece has been shipped back to me and I have received it. Please see the conditions below for more details.

 If you have ANY problems with your order, or it arrives damaged from shipment please contact me immediately, as all packages are insured!!

I will do my absolute best to resolve any issue as soon as possible!

Conditions of return/store credit:

I LOVE doing pottery, and I strive to make sure you absolutely LOVE anything you buy. However, if you believe your piece is defective or you believe you didn’t receive what was posted on my shop; please email me within 3 days of delivery with photos so we can discuss the possibility of issuing a store credit or alternative solutions.

The credit will be issued once I have received the piece back in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for shipping the item via USPS with tracking priority mail and insured.  The item must be shipped within 7 days of the delivery date and a tracking number must be sent to me (With the exception of international orders taking a little longer to get back to me).

If a store credit is agreed upon, you will be offered one in the amount of the piece purchased minus the shipping costs once I have received the item.


The following items can't be returned:

I cannot accept returns or exchanges for these items unless the above conditions apply:

 -Pieces that broke in your possession 

-Items on sale/clearance
